Shipping Times Most of our jewellery made to order, a process which normally takes between 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the time of year and your choice of metal or gemstone. Once each piece has been made, it is then sent to the Assay Office in Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland, where it recieves its hallmark, its stamp of authenticity It takes around a week for the jewellery to be hallmarked and returned to us.
When your jewellery returns from Edinburgh, we give it a final check and a polish, then ship it to you by Royal Mail. This whole process, therefore, takes between 3 and 4 weeks. |

Delivery Times Te time taken for your jewellery to reach you depends on your location. The following list will give you an idea of the likely delivery time to your location;

Lost or Missing Deliveries If you are waiting for goods from us that you think may be overdue, then please check the delivery dates first. Your order will advise you of the "normal dispatch" period of the goods and the delivery period. If the sum of these items gives a date that has passed, and you have received an email from Virtual Nations advising you the goods were dispatched, then your order may have been lost.
Once you have established the goods were dispatched and the delivery period is now exceeded then please advise us by email to lost@virtualnations.net or call us on 0845 257 4275. We will track the package for you and advise you of its present status. |
