This guarantee applies to items of jewellery which have been purchased from this web site, and which offered a lifetime guarantee on the product page, from which it was ordered.

| Terms If any piece of jewellery is damaged or defective when delivered to you, we will replace it, or refund your money in full, as you prefer.
More than that, if it becomes apparent that the jewellery was damaged or defective as supplied, no matter how long ago you purchased the item, we will still replace or repair it for you free of charge.
In either case you should contact us for the return address, and to give us details of the problem, before sending the item to us. |
| Accidental Damage If you damage your jewellery, no matter how long you have owned it, we will repair or replace it for you free of charge, as long as it is otherwise in good condition. In this case we will ask you to pay for the postage in both directions. |
